Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Verification

  Upload clear images of the product, including the batch number and packaging, to help our team verify the condition of the items.

  Pack and Pickup

  Once approved, securely pack the products in their original packaging; our courier partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the parcel.

  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
